Want to lose weight? here's an example of a diet plan

If you want to lose weight, you need to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Eat every 2 to 3 hours. High Protein - 60 to 100 grams of protein a day. What I mean by protein is; chicken, steak or fish, eggs or egg whites. Carbs are breads, pasta, rice, potatoes.
You can have unlimited veggies all day long.
No fruit or carbs after 4pm. (fruit is considered a carb...if you don't burn it off - it turns into fat)

Here is a typical day for my diet.

Breakfast 7am

2 egg whites with salsa. (sometimes I add a few peices of chicken or steak from the night before)

snack 9 to 9 30am
shakeology (or protein shake)with half of a banana

Lunch 11 30 to 12 noon
6oz of chicken or steak and small salad with balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup broccoli

snack 2 to 2 30pm
4oz lean ground turkey
1/2 cup asparagus or broccoli

Dinner 5 to 6pm
6oz steak or chicken
small salad - cucumbers, onion veggies with balsamic vinegar

snack
protein shake
